Mother’s Day gift guide.

Some ideas for Mother's Day gifts to buy for the special lady in your life.

It is feeling quite Spring like here, the garden is full of crocuses and the daffodils are just starting to poke through the soil, I even have a few pots of the mini ones on my kitchen table. My thoughts have turned to what I can make for my mum. Handmade gifts are just the best, aren’t they? I take after my mum in that I love colour and the brighter the better, with this in mind I think I am going to make something similar to this meadow wave glass screen. If you would like to buy one of your own, you can find it by clicking on the picture.

I have also been looking at the wonderful items the sellers at the British Craft House have that would make great presents for mums, or any lady that means the world to you. Mother's Day is the time to show how loved the lady in your life is, be that you mum, your nan or even your sister. These gifts are all fabulous and are sure to bring a smile.

First up we have this gorgeous Tulip Wreath, how lovely would this look hanging on your mum’s door? And what a cheerful way to be greeted when you visit.

Next we have these sweet silver earrings. My mum absolutely loves earrings and has 100’s of pairs, this is something I have inherited from her and I am well on my way to having as many. I would be so happy to receive these.

I just love the bees on this hanging slate heart. It would make a lovely gift for a gardener so they can have some summer all year round.

I am blessed with a Mother-in-law that can cook, her cakes are amazing and I love it when we are invited around for Sunday dinner. She would love this apron I am sure.
